Insurance

• $1 million general liability
• Certificates of insurance (COI) naming your venue or business as additional insured
• Issued the same day once we have the certificate holder's name and address

Tax Documents

• W-9 sent on request, the same business day
• Tax-exempt organizations: send your exemption certificate (for example NYS Form ST-119.1) and tax is removed from your invoice

Payment Terms

• Corporate direct bookings: 50% deposit to hold the date, balance on net-30 terms
• Agencies and production companies: net-30, no deposit
• Personal events: 50% deposit to hold the date
• Accepted: Zelle, Square (card), ACH, check, cash

Business Details

• Rahaman Events Co. LLC, a New York limited liability company
• Federal EIN on file (provided on the W-9)
• NYS LLC publication requirement completed
• Based in Queens, NY, serving NYC, Long Island and New Jersey

On Event Day

• Your booking confirmation names your on-site lead
• We arrive early to set up and handle full breakdown
• Professional DSLR camera and studio lighting
