How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance for popular dates (weekends, holidays). However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability.

What areas do you serve?

We serve New York City, Nassau County, Suffolk County, and Queens. Contact us if you're unsure whether your location is covered.

Do you charge travel fees?

For photo booth rentals, travel is included within our standard service area. For table and chair rentals, delivery fees may apply based on distance and quantity.

What if I need the booth for longer than 4 hours?

We can absolutely extend your rental! Contact us to discuss pricing for additional hours.

What is your cancellation policy?
