$1 million general liability. Send us the venue or business name and we issue a certificate naming them as additional insured the same day.
Need a W-9 for vendor setup? Tick the box on the form and we send it the same business day.
Direct bookings: 50% deposit to hold the date, balance on net-30 terms. Tax-exempt organizations can provide an exemption certificate.
Your booking confirmation names the person running your booth, so you know who to look for on the day.
Running an activation for your client? We can work under your brand: no Rahaman Events branding on anything your client sees unless you ask for it. Agency terms include net-30 with no deposit, plus COI and W-9 for your vendor file.
